Well, the season’s been open now for 5 days. I’ve been 2-3 times so far but haven’t seen anything worth shooting. I’ve got one big 5-pt cull that should be shot but it’s been just too hot to mess with him. Weather the last few days has been somewhat unsettled, a fair amount of rain scattered across the area. Looking for some high pressure with less humidity. Later…
